Our online Continuing Education programs are easy to use.  Here are some commonly asked questions.

  • What do I get for my money?  When you pay for an online course, you read the course materials and then take the test. Upon successful completion, you may print off your exam.

 

  • Are there any hidden costs?  No.  The course price covers everything.  No extra charges.

 

  • What if I loose my certificate? Can I reprint another one?Yes. Your certificate is kept in our system for a minimum of two (2) years and a paper copy kept for seven (7) years.

 

  • Can I call with my credit card information?  Do I have to use PayPal online?  We do not accept credit card information over the phone, all transactions must be done online using PayPal. Our system is integrated with PayPal.

 

  • Help! I've forgotten my UserName! Or I've forgotten my password! If you forget your password, go to the log on page and request your password to be e-mailed to you. If you've forgotten your UserName, please e-mail or call us. We may need additional information to verify identity.

 

  • PayPal is not accepting my credit card information or I am having difficulty paying with PayPal.  Most of the time it is something very simple such as enterring Sugar Land versus Sugarland.  If you are having difficulties, contact PayPal directly for more help.  Their phone number is 1-402-935-2050.  On their customer service website, they have an automated telephone service and frequently asked questions.

 

  • What form is my Certificate of Completion in? Your certificate of completion is in a .pdf format.

 

  • What if I fail the exam?If you fail, you may retake it as many times as you would like.

 

  • I've paid but changed my mind and would like a refund.  Refunds are given prior to PASSING the exam. If you fail and would like a refund, please contact us.
